Almost There...

Time is getting close - if the baby isn't here by February 8th, Dawn will be induced...

Last week we finished up our childbirth and safety classes, and visited three pediatrician offices to narrow down which one we'll use. Dawn and I went for the 38 week checkup today (Monday). The doctor said everything seems to be going well for now. We're getting pretty excited, but also feeling a little overwhelmed at this point.

The big things are done - nursery set up, baby gear purchased, work schedules set, etc.

Things left to do:

• Pack bags for the hospital.
• Get the car seat base in the Explorer (which is currently at the Ford dealer getting repaired... argh!)
• Finish up a little more paperwork.
• Wash some sheets, clothes, etc for the baby.

From here on out, I expect things to become a blur...
